我在多任务间切换也会烦躁不安，并且如果另一个任务是文档阅读类的非 agent 任务的话，专注力和状态会比专一阅读任务的时候大打折扣。最舒服的可能就是盯着一个任务，然后发呆，然后及时给 agent 纠偏反馈。
