看起来像是从你家到机房的线路没搞好.
把这个给师傅看,或直接 10000 号叫客服转接技术,把这个发给过去后应该会有懂的人联系你.

再 ping 下网关记录下以作对比.

@ropon 到你本尼网关延迟都不稳定，肯定是路由器或者光猫除了问题，要么就是线路解除不良

@bclerdx ping 路由器正常，前面截图是直接用电脑连接光猫拨号，或者将光猫改成路由模式
也存在延迟很高的情况，工程师再次上门排查，说线路正常，正在检测光猫，
如果光猫正常，那应该是上层设备有异常。

检测结果：很尴尬，说拨号次数多了，IP 地址冲突所以导致延迟较高，换百兆旧光猫测试延迟正常。

@ropon 你把路由器或光猫断电 10 分钟。然后再次通电并拨号，看看延迟吧。
