Position
· Digital Product Owner, Digital Team (Preferred Candidates: Tencent/Alibaba/ByteDance)
Responsibilities
· Manage the product roadmap and backlog for all digital products
· Manage lead requirements discovery, solution design, user story writing, feature development, and user acceptance testing
· Partner with cross functional teams regularly to ensure alignment on feature development and prioritization
· Partner with IT vendors/service providers to manage theroadmap and backlog to ensure that all capabilities were delivered on time and per expectation
· Monitor and evaluate product performance/feedbacks to ensure constant product iteration and improvements
Requirements
· Passionate about technology and business, prefer to have work experience as product owner
· Strong analytical, prioritization, and negotiating skills
· Usability and customer-focused design experience a plus
· Passionate about building great products and solving customer and business problems
· Financial Industrial knowledge is a plus
Skills and Abilities
· Fluent in English, able to work with overseas teams
· Ability to work under pressure and deliver before deadline.
· Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
· Master degree is preferred
· Experience writing SQL queries, experience with back-end and front-end programming languages, such as Java, HTML, CSS, Angular JS
Compensation Plan (Need market insight)
· Annual Salary – (Salary Cap: under 360K as total package before tax)
