We do apologize for the inconvenience this network event is causing you. Our provider, NTT is presently experiencing backbone latency in the Singapore area. We are actively working with them to quickly resolve this network latency issue.
In the meantime, we are also working with another provider to expedite further network connectivity for our Singapore customers. Either way, both issues are being worked on as quickly as possible.
