Ollama 最新的桌面客户端有开源吗？

@yuhangch 请教一下，为啥界面上的文字在这个代码中没找到，比如 "Send a message", "Settings", "Find model" 这些，我也看过这个目录，都没看到与界面对应的操作，就以为不是……
