虽然用着 Mac 免费升级挺舒服的，但 Windows 10 有些电脑还是需要按需购买和安装以及激活。
所以同学问我的时候 Windows 10 想买，我搜了下好像没什么便宜的方式，微软官方网站要 888 块，这价格……感觉同学不太可能买，连自己都觉得买起来很纠结。（因为感觉还不如直接新买一个电脑，预装 Windows 10 ）
直接买预装 Windows 10 电脑肯定便宜吧。
但现在他电脑里想安装 Windows 10 ，既然问我怎么买，肯定是即合法（不是淘宝那种）又便宜的方式。
PS ：已经扔给他 888 块官方网站。因为我确实没找到其它合法又便宜的方式。

正版 win8 现在很便宜，应该还支持升级到 win10 吧？

买 Win7/Win8 可能便宜点， 7 月前安装升级还是免费的。
也有其它“非法途径”，就是 OEM 激活后升级洗白，这样从技术上来说是正版的，但实际还是盗版的。 |

如果这是官方默认允许的，那么也不算是盗版吧？除非官方有声明或已经关闭但仍然采取技术手段或明显漏洞的方式升级洗白的。 除了 OEM 盗来的。 |

“ OEM 激活”自身就是不符合许可协议 因此 OEM 激活-->Windows10 也不符合许可协议，即这么做是盗版。 但这里确实有说不清楚的地方： 我这边有个例子 虚拟机里装了一个 win10 还在测试时的 insider 测试版，现在这个虚拟机被授予了正式版的许可 |

用 Insider ，不用出一分钱，只要跟着更新就一直是许可状态。
