Backend Engineers

Beijing, China | Full-Time or Intern

What You Will Do :

Responsible for backend system design & implementation for ADVANCE.AI web platform and mobile apps.

What Are We Looking For :

• You are passionate about coding. If you are a geek, great plus.
• 2 Year+ JAVA/Python develop experience (please share your GIT if possible, otherwise, we will have onsite coding interview)
• Fully experience with WEB development, mastering WEB frameworks, preferably with big-data system R&D experience would be a great plus
• Familiar with SDE R&D flow and architecture design
• Familiar with common databases, at least hands on experience with MySQL, if you are also familiar with MongoDB/Redis/Memcached would be great
• Mastering Linux environment would be a plus, familiar with GIT and other major R&D tools were required

What You Will Do :

Responsible for the entire DB schema design, implementation and optimization. Responsible for database administration and security.

What are We Looking for :

• At least expert on one common database, like MySQL.

Android and iOS Engineer

Beijing, China | Full-Time or Intern

What You Will Do :

Full responsibility to the ADVANCE.AI mobile applications, from design to production, also performance optimisation.

What are We Looking for :

• You are passionate about coding. If you are a geek, great plus.
• 2~3 Years+ experience with Android/iOS dev (on Fintech products would be a great plus), if you ever have an experience with self-developing an Android/iOS app, please show us your project and impress us
• Strong algorithm and data-structure implementation knowledge, also, please show us your thread-manipulation programming and memory mgmt. experience, also strong knowledge on OOP (JAVA, Objective-C, Swift), knowledge on Computer Architecture and Computer System in order for optimization

Crawler Engineer / Hacker

Beijing, China | Full-Time or Part-Time or Intern

What You Will Do :

Develop and maintain web crawlers, maintain/update crawlers for rare cases when happened. If you could do bypass hacking tricks would be great.

What are We Looking for :

• Strong JAVA or Python experience is required, hands on knowledge on JS and other script language would be a great plus, also we wish to find someone who are highly interested in web crawlers and network hacking
• Past experience in web crawler is required, at least worked on huge crawler projects before, deeply understand the crawler structure

Machine Learning Engineer

What You Will Do :

You will be mostly work with our data scientist for data modelling and behaviour analysis, especially for anti-fraud/credit modelling in financial industries.

Data Scientist

What You Will Do :

• Build production fraud and credit machine learning models; your models will decide who we lend to in real time.
• Develop the core decisioning service supporting our machine learning models in production.
• Work closely with ADVANCE.AI engineering team to improve our machine learning infrastructure and data quality.
• Conduct ad-hoc data analyses; your analyses will decide which policies we adopt, where we expand our business, and whom our partners will be.

What are We Looking for :

• Deep understanding of and experience with machine learning models and data analysis.
• Strong proficiency writing production-quality code, preferably industry engineering experience with machine learning projects (e.g. recommendation, ranking, optimisation).
• Experience handling large scale data and/or big data platform.
• Strong programming ability, preferably in Python.
• Ability to work efficiently both solo and as part of a team; willingness to learn new things.
