[上海] NodeJS Ninja @ a No Bullshit Startup

Hi there,
We are a startup working on something exciting @Shanghai. We believe the next generation of teenagers have different needs and want a different way of communication, interacting with their friends. And our minimal viable product proved that.
Currently, we are growing at 10x each month. And the growing rate (yes, secondary derivative) is even growing! We are funded by the best VC in China, and we share the same belief: Even Mark Zuckerberg fears teenagers!
We came from different backgrounds. Some of us graduated from top university in the world. Some of us didn't even get college degrees. We have engineers came from Google, Twitter etc. But all those doesn't matter.
What matters for a NodeJS Ninja is:
1) You're really really good with NodeJS, Express, Mongodb (i.e. MEAN)
2) You hold yourself accountable for code you write, and take pride in what you do
3) Share the same belief and excitement as us to create something millions of users will use
4) Work really really hard, and overcome whatever it takes, to get things done
5) Good at communicating, curious, and a good person to talk with in general
We pay enough cash to make your life easy and comfortable. But we also pay with RSUs to make the upside amazing
