2K China is seeking an experienced internal tools programmer. The ideal applicant will be proficient in developing powerful toolsets for code, UI, design, audio, and localization pipelines. 2K China offers a fun, creative and technically challenging environment with excellent compensation and a full range of benefits.
Responsibilities
• Develop web-based, real-time monitoring web page
• Design and implementation of new development tools for all disciplines
• Communicate with multiple game divisions worldwide and create powerful tools for game database and services.
• Maintain tools and automated systems for performance, stability and error-free operation
• Identify and resolve pipeline issues, and discover opportunities for improvement
Requirements
• Passion for tools development, and tool chains
• Experience with Python and common 3rd party library such as Django and etc.
• Strong understanding of C#
• Advanced understanding of game content pipeline and tools
• Excellent working knowledge of compilers, linkers, and associated tools
• Working knowledge of a typical web stack
• Strong communication skills
• Able to work in a collaborative team environment, and handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Service-oriented attitude with an eye for efficiency and workflow
• Demonstrated ability to estimate tasks accurately and work efficiently
• Strong debugging skills
• Experience with database technologies – SQL, NoSQL, database design, schema design
Pluses
• Experience with Visual Studio project configuration, VS2008, and VS2010
• Experience developing Windows GUI applications using WinForms, WPF, Win32, MFC, wxWindows, or Qt
• UI design experience
• Understanding of Standard Template Libraries
• Mathematics or Computer Science degree

职责有点像运维啊，开发各类工具，还要熟悉 Python / C#，Python 在 Django 下做数据抓取和展现，C# 做本地监控程序展示。

岗位要求: -从事网页开发2年及以上。 -RDBMS或NoSQL开发经验。 -了解LAMP架构, 熟悉Linux相关开发。 -熟悉Vim、Shell编程。 -熟悉HTML，CSS，JavaScript，至少精通一种js库（如jQuery）。 -熟悉主流的Python框架，Python语言的项目使用经验一年以上。 -有较好的掌握WEB编程经验，多线程编程，TCP-IP编程经验。 -有较强的团队协作意识及独立解决技术问题的能力。 具有下列技能优先: -熟悉开源监控软件,如munin, nagios,等。 -熟悉linux系统部署,监控及维护。 Requirements: -2+ years of experience of web development. -Has professional experience in designing, creating, and maintaining web services. -RDBMS and/or NoSQL development experience. -Understanding the LAMP architecture, familiar with Linux development. -Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, proficient in at least one js library (such as jQuery). -Good Python programming skills. -Individual must be self motivated with a strong work ethic. -Oral and written English.
