VPS的下载速度这几天突然减少到只有十多k每秒，也不知道是不是坑爹的校园网的原因，求帮忙测试一下.

VPS服务商回复我“很明顯閣下的網路供應商完全沒有跳線路由 (routing peers) 到VPS, 因此大量 timeout tracert 數據 , 閣下應向您的ISP查詢原因。”，联想到前几天宿舍楼的交换机更换，以及最近渣一般的网络状况，很有可能是校园网的问题。>_<,无从下手。

@maxduke 居然发现了同道中人！我发ticket也是秒回，而且还是用的是繁体，是不是最近中国用户投诉太多了都已经存好了回答了。。。现在什么都不能做吗?

@gracece 他家有中文客服的貌似。 我建的几个ticket是英文的，都是 Tim 回的， 他家VPS还是蛮稳定的，除了机房线路的问题

@maxduke 之前认为是 pccw 线路问题才那么问的，我的 tracert 结果从 63.218.7.17 开始就和@shidenggui 一模一样,但下载速度非常慢。
为了验证 63.218.7.17 之前的 IP 是慢的原因，挨个 IP tracert 了下，找到一个路由经过 202.97.52.* 的 IP 69.85.95.172 ，这个 IP 上刚好有 vpncup 的一个测速页面，试了下，速度明显快。
同样的方法找到一个站点 www.shopingmm.com 打开速度也不错。
诸位可以挨个试试，动态路由不知道怎么破。

@lemonda 以前VPS慢的时候，断线重新拨号，10次20次总有快的时候。 这次貌似不行orz，ping可以达到150ms，但下载速度还是很慢
算了...暂时用备用的吧
