SpruceJoy 是注册在美国奥斯汀的公司。需要 Growth Marketer 。

工作方式为远程。 工资月结。目前这个职位比较灵活，工资主要看经验吧。

另外我们希望能建立长期的合作，建立靠谱的团队，提供长时间固定的月收入，而不是以项目为单位的短时间的合作。

Responsibilities:

- Understand how to optimize the product according to the goal (UX process, and growth ideas);
- Email drip campaigns;
- Create and run viral marketing campaigns.

Requirements
- Must have at least 3 year experience in growth marketing.
- Can write business request emails for different purpose.
- Deadline and detail oriented;
- Strong communication skills;
- Fluent in English (at least can read/write docs in English).
