你看一下端口能不能 port access vlan xxx,你应该是恢复出厂设置版本的原因,S5500 系列 EI 应该是具有端口 route 和 bridge 两个模式,SI 应该是只有二层 bridge 模式,看一下型号,如果是 SI 应该就是版本显示的原因,不用深究,划分 vlan 即可

或者你全局模式下[xxx]dis inter g 1/0/1,我看一下端口信息

直接配个 access vlan 上去就行了。。。
默认不会用 route 口的 |
