自己的 public repo

地址是正确的
github 添加了我的 ssh 公钥
pull 和 push 都失败

git 往 ssh push 时报错:

ssh: connect to host github.com port 22: Connection timed out
fatal: Could not read from remote repository.

Please make sure you have the correct access rights
and the repository exists.

git 往 https push 时报错:

fatal: unable to access 'https://github.com/XXX/XXX.git/': Failed to connect 
to github.com port 443: Timed out

大哥们，我不是第一次用 git 啊，没有飞机我说个蛋。。。已经开了全局代理，网页都是正常访问，之前 git 也是正常访问，最近一段时间没太 push ，今天突然不能 push 才问的。。。
