1.1 岗位职责
参与开发并维护面向大数据的高性能采集、ETL、管理、分析及人机交互系统
1.2.1 素质要求
有很强的学习能力和很高的学习热情, 愿意尝试不同的新技术和不同的工作内容，最好是多面手。
有优秀的逻辑思维和很强的独立分析、解决问题的能力。
有很强的责任心和主动性。
有良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神。
具有扎实的编程基础, 对代码有洁癖, 追求简洁高效的编程风格。
1.2.2 技术要求
1.熟悉 Python, 熟练使用常用模块/库.
2.熟悉 *nix(unix) 环境，熟悉 Shell 编程和 *nix 下的常用工具.
3.熟悉 SQL, 具备面向关系型数据库建模的能力，(PostgreSQL 优先).
4.Web 开发经验，熟悉 Javascript.
5.对通过 NoSQL 方式进行数据管理、处理有一定的了解..
6.阅读英文技术文档无障碍.
1.2.3 深度要求
具备以下条件者优先
1.测试技巧和经验，了解并能实际灵活应用设计原则和设计模式
2.分布式系统的设计和控制能力。
