现在是 129 套餐，前几天 10000 电话过来，可以加 13 元每月，升千兆。
结果师傅上门拿了个烽火的猫，要换掉我的华为 sa1456c 。
考虑到我现在有公网 ip ，有 admin 密码，换了可能都没了，就让师傅走了。
问题是，不换猫的话，可以让电信直接改了套餐吗，能跑多少就多少，毕竟上海有 1T 限制。

把billing地址再改回大陆的，点process选择支付卡直接出错了：
