有用美区 Apple ID 购买 iOS Development Program 的朋友吗，貌似悲剧了

本人美区Apple ID一直在美区买free的App，很正常，今天去购买个人开发者资格的时候，因为之前的中国区的ID已经属于好几个组织了，个人开发者想跟这些分开，但是又懒得去新申请ID，就用美区的ID去申请个人开发者，结果一下午了，打开Developer Center就看到一个Warning：
「We are unable to verify your identity. Please contact us for further assistance.」
然后Developer Program Status一直显示「Enrollment Pending」，点到详细的流程中，提示
「You've already placed an order on the Apple Online Store for this item, which may take several minutes to process. Once your purchase is complete, you will receive an activation confirmation from Apple Developer Program Support.」
这是不是悲剧的节奏啊，早知道再去注册一个中国的Apple ID得了。

不用担心，前段时间我在中国区注册也是这个问题，给他们提一个 Issue 就可以了

邮件中应该有提示，告诉你到哪里提交 Issue。
