我理解的内容是：
最新版的 5.1.23 支持 Big Sur，但是因为 Big Sur 系统的限制，无法像以前一样克隆成可启动硬盘了
目前的情况下如果要从克隆盘恢复，需要本机自己先启动，然后用迁移助手进行恢复
未来新版可能会继续支持可启动的克隆，但是要看苹果能否放松一些限制

Update Nov 11: Apple addressed some of the APFS replication issues in the Big Sur 11.0.1 update, and CCC 5.1.23-b1 includes support for making bootable backups on Big Sur. This build is also a Universal Binary, so it will run natively on M1 Macs.

ccc 之前可以全盘备份（带启动盘的那种）。
换言之，ccc 备份至移动硬盘后，该移动硬盘可在其他 Mac 上启动。

一直用 ccc，全盘备份可直接启动是我最需要的功能，希望之后能解决这个问题吧。
