MacBook Pro 突然黑屏无反应，强制重启后录入的 Touch ID 指纹被清空

问题描述

打开电脑，发现屏幕显示黑屏，但鼠标指针还在且可对触控板输入作出反应。

尝试按各种按键无果，并等待数分钟后，长按电源按钮强制重启，进入系统后发现录入的 Touch ID 指纹被清空。

重新录入指纹后现可正常使用指纹解锁（硬件没问题）

原因推测

说实话我也不清楚什么原因，最近没有更新系统，也没有安装什么软件，也没有修改什么系统设置。网上找了一圈，有发现类似报告，例如 https://forums.macrumors.com/threads/touchid-lost-my-fingerprint.2024502/ 中的 #3 （ 5 年前的）。

强制重启为什么会清空已录入的 Touch ID 指纹？

按 Apple 的说法，指纹不是存储在某个“安全隔区”里吗？为什么莫名其妙就清空了？
