好像有百度飞桨训练好的模型

可以看下 QQ 或则微信自带的 OCR 识别，满足日常使用。

PS：如果想自定义，可以看看「看雪论坛」，有人逆向出了 QQ 和微信的 OCR 通信，并自带一个软件，可以批量进行 OCR 识别。
