to be 是为了成为吧，我觉得改成下面的句子比较有意思啊：
to have all the necessary qualities to be considered as a particular thing 不过如果说这是物品的话，considered to be 就变成“把它当成”了。究竟完整句子是什么？ |

“具有所有必要的特质以被视作某物”。这个结构不是很清晰么，算是表述目的的递进？只是这句子写得确实比较别扭，没有上下文的情况下更是很傻。
