@zzz22333 你借了 30 万也要付利息的，能省下来的大约是 30w *（房贷利息率-消费贷率）这里有个几千块，绝不是你说的 19 万 变到 5 万，19 万是好多年不还本金才有的利息

你能还的上，那你存款每年提前还款一些是一样的，差不了多少利息，流动性还好
