创建一个英文的环境，介于会上 V2EX 的，我估计你一天中很大部分时间都会在网上，有这么几个建议。
1. 把所有电子设备的系统语言换成英文
2. 用英文搜索
3. 把娱乐方式的语言换成英文，比如看美剧就看英文字幕，动画英文字幕，看 YouTube 不看 B 站，看 Reddit （可以从 /r/memes 开始）不看贴吧
