git commit 时发现个奇怪的域名

给一个仓库 commit 代码时，发现提交不上，这里面居然有个 pblap.atm.ncu.edu.tw 的域名，我看了下是台湾一个大学的，我看了下 pre-commit ，也就下面这一行

npx ncu --semverLevel major -f eslint -e 2 && lint-staged

有人知道原因么

会不会装错包了，ncu 应该是 npm-check-updates 吧，怎么会触发天气
