在某宝买的 1password License is inactive

去年买的 当时给家里和公司都用这个 License ，如果不重装系统 应该可以一直用，家里电脑重装了系统，结果 1p 不能用了，公司的还在一直用

之前听说某宝的 什么 appstore 充值卡什么的是黑卡搞得 我这个估计也是黑卡搞得！！！

补充下： 那人用黑信用卡付款，官网邮件直发的。用我邮箱用户名注册的。 打开淘宝订单 店铺已关门！阿里旺旺没在线！

发邮件给客服，客服的回复如下：
