本人 23 岁，看过 netflix 上的 5 部关于饮食健康的纪录片后当即开始纯素饮食。因为平时的信息来源是 youtube 和 reddit，也看到了比如 nutritionfacts.org 等文献研究。
举办了几次线下活动，也进行了几次志愿活动。自己喜欢做饭，也喜欢研究营养相关的知识，自己建了一个小素食群分享知乎之类的地方戾气很重，希望得知大家的一些想法。

现在慢慢能明白 Gary Yourofsky 的心情以及他为什么退役了。。素食最大的困难对我来说不是在食物上，而是社会、朋友、亲人、恋人、陌生人对你文化上的不认同感与猜疑。对我来说，找到一个合适的途径化解这种对于素食的误解才是真的。我这么一个喜欢 post-apocalypse 风格的人其实巴不得吃肉早死，最后搞个废土出来走一遭。但一旦知道真相后，这种清醒的痛苦更能提醒我不能停止思考

不过纪录片中也提到，草饲牛，奶，蛋都是优质的食物，尤其强调脂肪，胆固醇被误解，实际益处多多 那么，您怎么看不同来源的营养学研究的不同结论 |
