看来是触发风控了，在和 Apple 客服沟通后已解决。具体方式为：
* 进入 https://getsupport.apple.com/topics
* 选择 iTunes Store
* 选择 Unable to purchase from iTunes Store
* 选择 Chat
我 ：
I am unable to use a gift card to complete my subscription on ChatGPT.
Apple:
I'm sorry to hear about the issue, I'll do my best to get this issue resolved.
Before taking any actions, I will need to verify your identity. I would request you to sign in with your Apple ID using this link : https://appleid.apple.com/account/manage
If prompted, enter the verification code that is sent to your trusted device, or answer your security questions.*
Once done, scroll to the bottom of the screen and click Support PIN. Then click Generate PIN from the pop-up window and share it with me.

@xuyong3250 那你这个账号离封号不远了，淘宝黑卡多，官网就可以购买礼品卡，美区购买礼品卡不要求大陆的银行卡

楼主，请问使用礼品卡不能支付的提示是啥，我现在买啥都提示让我绑定支付方式，然而我自己的美区的 paypal 被风控了，不能绑定，美区 appleid 里还有 40 刀却用不了。。。

@badmarillo 和注册 IP 有关，我用了美国家宽 IP ，网页端隐身模式注册，没有要求设置支付方式，就设置了一下地址

分享一点我的经验，我的美区账号一直没开两步验证，支付 plus 的时候失败。看到帖子提到风控问题，打开了两步验证，再尝试就可以支付了。

试了一下，我之前是 AppStore 登录美区，但是手机账户还是国区，就购买失败。后来咨询客服后，本机账户退出国区 ID 登录美区 ID （设置里第一行的”AppleID 、iCloud+、媒体与购买项目)，然后就购买成功了。当然，不知道客服有没有做额外设置。
