我是右手拇指腱鞘炎。历时半年才康复。我试过轨迹球鼠标，发现不合适我。最后是买了绿联的垂直鼠标来缓解症状。现在好了也继续使用

@Donahue #38 这个确实看个人。我刚开始就是带鼻罩的。第一晚虽然闷了点，但也能睡得着，但是鼻罩压得我脸部不舒服。用了一周我就换鼻枕了，带上去舒适点。我用的双水平呼吸机，呼吸的气流强度是不一样的。唯一不习惯的就是带上之后不能说话。一说就漏气

巧了，我老婆刚休完产假，明天就得返工。娃现在 5 个多月，目前我们计划是让奶奶一个人在家带娃。买菜这事，可以网上买菜，后续带上娃去市场买菜也不是不行。实行一段时间后我再回来分享下。
