@weyou 哈哈哈，中国移动来投诉来电话了，大致意思是：抱歉我们收到工信部投诉了，但是我们八元套餐关了 （工信部条款规定的是可以转任一套餐） ，我只是来告诉你，你的投诉我收到了，你爱咋整咋整。

@Srar 上海，微信客服就是回一句话，老用户不可参加，打 10086 一级客服告诉 927 下架了（（网上我也确实查到了移动 20 号发的公告，大概是为了规避那条电信法规），转到上级不行，问我能不能办小魔卡（要换卡当然不要），告诉他我朋友办好了，而且微信客服告诉我是老用户不能办。转了投诉，别人就抓着我要朋友号码（怎么可能有，都是带星号 de ），之后工信部投诉了
