@wogogoing 根据 AI 提供思路找到了解决办法，大概率是个 BUG 。
/etc/netplan 下面有这三个文件
00-installer-config.yaml
01-network-manager-all.yaml
90-NM-14f59568-5076-387a-aef6-10adfcca2e26.yaml
90 数字最大，90 开头的这个配置文件最后加载、优先级最高覆盖。
90 这个配置文件就是我在页面上 networkmanager 配置的。
最后删了 00-installer-config.yaml 就好了，90 的配置好像没有覆盖掉 00-installer-config.yaml 的 DHCP ，不知道什么原因。
看来新系统还是不要随便更新，至少等他更新到 ubuntu 26.04.01.
